Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actress. Her best-known work is her role as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs as well as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. The most well-known character played by Anne Dudek is Tiffany Wilson, in the movie White Chicks. She has also been known for roles on television, such as the role of Dr. Amber Volakis on Fox's House, Danielle Brookson on the USA Network's Covert Affairs, and Lura Grant in the HBO series Big Love. Dudek is a Massachusetts native, who studied at Northwestern University. It was in Northwestern that she received her debut acting role as Lura Grant, in The Iphigenia Cycle. After the Broadway production, she travelled to New York City and won a Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named her one of ten young actors to watch. Dudek went on to land the roles on TV and film. Two children on the screen, the gifted actress dated Matthew Heller from 2008 to 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and born in Newton. When she was a child, she attended Northwestern University where she performed in a variety of stage productions. Her debut on the stage was also her Broadway debut on Wrong Mountain (2000). Later, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in recognition of her role as The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama comedy she was a part of. She has since guest-starred in a variety of other TV shows including Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs as well as Six Feet Under. In the first episode, Lucinda was portrayed by her. Later on the show Law & Order Criminal Intent she was a teacher who has a sex relationship with a child. Dudek was later cast in a series of frequent roles that began with the fourth season, as Amber Volakis. Dr. Gregory House is considering the possibility of her being a permanent member on his medical team. Amber Volakis' character was featured in the course of the series, until it was finally killed off at the conclusion of House's Heart. House was later to see her as a distorted model of herself in the fifth season episode Saviors. Dudek was later seen on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson as well as on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives both of them recurring roles. In 2010 Dudek was added to the cast of Covert Affairs portraying Danielle Brooks who is the sister of the main character. Other film roles she has played are Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
