Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actress and member of SSC's board from 2011 is the co-founding artistic director of the newly formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She served as Artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until 2019. In addition to serving as the SSC's Artistic Director, Lauren Ash-Morgan was also in the roles of costume/set designer, producer, composer/music directors and text coaches. In her role, she is usually the leader of her ensembles Her first directorial role was with SSC King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. She's appeared on various other television shows in addition to acting. The daughter of scientist Richard F. Post and his wife, poet Marylee Post was raised in Walnut Creek and Stanford alongside her twin siblings. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school that she chose to attend. She participated as a cheerleader. She attended Pomona College for a short time and then graduated at Lewis & Clark College, both located in Oregon. Her previous marriage was with Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer from 1982. They have two daughters. Post is a wonderful actress, ideal mother and wife, and also an excellent role model for many Hollywood stars.
